The River Flow Model of Diseases (RFM)
Description
The RFM is a computational ontology of disease that models the causal structure of pathology. It is introduced and described in (Mizoguchi, et al. 2011), a publication by the same name. The causal categories are further developed in (Rovetto, Mizoguchi, 2015). The RFM model of abnormal biomedical states are presented in various other publications (see the Reference section).
